汽车与动力学院隶属于黑龙江职业学院的二级分院，分院围绕汽车、能源领域设有六个专业，其中，城市热能应用技术专业是国家级重点建设专业；汽车制造与试验技术专业是省级重点建设专业，且于2021年通过了国际工程技术认证。分院拥有12个校内专用实训室，实训设备价值1000余万元，校外实习基地15个，省级产业学院1个。充分满足虚实结合、理实一体化、实习实训课程的需求。分院师资力量雄厚，教师的职称、年龄结构层次合理，教师在国家、省级教学能力大赛和专业技能大赛中均有获奖，指导学生技能大赛屡创佳绩。

The Department of Automobile and Power is one of the secondary branches of Heilongjiang Polytechnic. The department has six specialties in the field of automobile and energy , among which Urban Thermal Energy Application Technology is the national key construction specialty; The major of Automobile Manufacturing and Testing Technology is a provincial key construction specialty, which passed the international engineering technology certification in 2021.
