学校坐落于黑龙江省哈尔滨市，现有两个校区，第一校区位于南岗区学府路，第二校区位于双城区迎宾路。学校占地面积91.9万平方米，建筑面积36.42万平方米。建有国家级职业教育实训基地3个、省级重点实验室3个。固定资产总值4.21亿元，其中教学科研仪器设备总值1.52亿元。
The school is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and has two campuses. One campus is located on Xuefu Road, Nangang District, and the other campus is located in Yingbin Road, Shuangcheng District. The school covers an area of 919,000 square meters with a total floorage of 364,200 square meters. There are three national vocational education training bases and three provincial key laboratories. The school has 12 secondary colleges, with 13,127 full-time students and 6,311 continuing education students.
